These individuals have stepped forward to differentiate themselves as being knowledgeable in–and supportive of–green building, particularly residential. GreenSpecialists (GreenLending Specialists, GreenRealEstate Specialists, GreenValuation Specialists, and GreenInsurance Specialists) have taken a rigorous two-day course, passed a final exam, signed a code of conduct, and most importantly committed themselves to continuing to expand their knowledge of green building.
